The Lido was first a famous trendy theater during the Belle Époque in the 1920s. The decor inspired by Venice gave the name to the place. In 1946, two brothers - Joseph and Louis Clerico - took the place over. The place was totally revamped and the cabaret opened its doors on 20th of June 1946. The success was immediate. In 1977 running out of space, the Lido moved a few blocks away on the same avenue and became the largest cabaret in Paris..

The Lido show is certainly one of the top cabaret shows in Paris. The location is perfect and the show is really impressive: 600 costumes, a ice rink and a pool on stage not to forget the topless dancers, … Our tip: The Lido is a very popular cabaret in Paris - It is wise to book in advance to make sure to get a table for the day that better suits you during your travel dates.
